Kastim™ was founded in 2005 by Jo-Pierre Lerm and Geoffrey Louw who had a passion to deliver innovative software allowing forward-thinking businesses to streamline operations, maximise efficiency, and stay ahead of the competition

Our team has extensive experience in building and delivering web based solutions, from online banking system development, pension fund monitoring systems to CRM products. Our goal is to build strong, long-term relationships with our clients, which then allows us to seem more like a mere extension of their company, rather than an outsourced development house.

Jo-Pierre focused on developing software applications targeted to the diverse needs of businesses.
